Deliberately misleading. Knew landlord was looking to sell but lied to us and said he wanted long term let. Given notice (by phone!), only 4 months in, then badgered immediately to allow viewings. Became threatening when challenged. Do not seem to know or care about tenant ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Ascertain to the best of your ability beforehand, if the landlord has any plans to sell, even the remotest inclination If so, you MUST inform prospective tenants Respect tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of their home
