Terrible! This was supposed to be a student only accommodation in the converted Eleanor Rigby Hotel. Rooms were occupied by some very random individuals and the strip club below was in full operation despite having been assured otherwise. Broken telly, no lock on door.

I , Like you Tony where their first maintenance company when they came to LIverpool... Total rip offs.. Telling us to make jobs up that wasnt there. Them telling us how much to charge so they could put there comission on.. They agreed on a 2 week turn around payment date. When that was due they changed their minds to a month..When that was due they tried to change it yet again to a 60 day turn around..That for us was enough... Tried called Asma and Anthony , Never got a reply,.,. However I did g ...
