I cannot recommend James sellicks enough, from start to finish they have been nothing but amazing. As first time buyers we were unsure on many things but from the very first conversation we was put at ease and was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble, this continued throughout the whole 10 months. We had many issues with the property ( out of everyone’s control ) but this was no problem for the agents and we was kept in the loop throughout. I also have to say that our experience was made extra special by the amazing Danielle, she is thoughtful, caring, professional and her knowledge is outstanding. She helped us from our first contact about the house, she recommended solicitors, builders and offered advice when needed. Not only did she stay with us for the past 10 months she phoned regularly with updates, chased paperwork, and checked in to see how we was coping with the whole process, this I feel was priceless for us as first time buyers. Danielle has a real passion for properties/sales and this shines through with every interaction! I feel she is an absolute treasure and our experience would have not been the same without her! We have now finally moved in to our new home and I credit this to Danielle and her endless chasing and pushing people along to make this happen. I now recommend James sellicks to everyone wether they are selling or buying and if we ever choose to sell our property, they would be our first option. Finally I want to say a massive thank you to James sellicks but mainly to Danielle for getting us into our new home and for making the past 10 months bearable and getting us through it - THANK YOU!
