Hannells overall experience was very good, I would give them a five starts but there was an issue at the beginning of the process with proving my identity. I was expected to present myself in their Chellaston branch but at the time, i was based in London. I feel that this old school approach was extremely poor, even when I presented them with the relevant evidence and quoting of the UK government website.
Magically it was all fine when i contacted their competitors who would happily accept my digital identity as a valid form of Identification.
