Ashcroft Guest guided us through a very difficult period. They had arranged the sale of our apartment, then covid struck , and our buyer pulled out. We had moved to Scotland, and Ashcroft Guest marketed the property for sale and for rental. We had to rely on Ashcroft Guest as we were so far away. They found us a tenant who paid the rent in full and who also looked after the property. When we decided to sell, after 3 years, Ashcroft Guest found a buyer within a month at full asking price. We can highly recommend Ashcroft Guest as both a letting agent and as an estate agent. Helen, Martin, Lesley and Tracy were very professional and reliable. They helped us every step of the way.
