Do not use this agent, I repeat do not use this agent. They tried to force me to take a mortgage and other associated products through them despite me telling them I was porting my current mortgage on a far better rate. As I had not taken a mortgage through them they did not take the property of the market once my offer was accepted and I was gazumped and they put me over a barrel just as my survey and searches were being paid for. Do not use them their practices are unprofessional and bodering on uncompliant!

Absolutely agree do not go near them. if you dont take a mortgage with them then they dont wanna know,ive moved many a time and have never dealt with any agents like these before there just greedy and you dont stand a chance unless you give in to them.
