If you're lucky enough to have Rhia selling your house, then you're in good hands! We were recommended Boardwalk sales through a friend. The first meeting with Rhia was great, this was the first time we were selling a house and we didn't feel like we were pressured into anything, it was a very calm and open conversation about our journey with the house. We didn't feel like we were being sold to, if that makes sense! The asking price Rhia recommended was higher than we thought we could get, which was great news for us. The. photography. is. amazing! Our house never looked so good! It makes your house stand out on Rightmove and we had a lot of viewings as a result.
Rhia organised viewings over 2 days and we were surprised at how fast she managed to sell our house, for the great asking price we agreed upon.
If you need your house sold asap then these are your guys. Our only feedback to Boardwalk would be that the sales progression team need to be more available, as we struggled to get hold of our sales progressor. We had to contact Rhia to get the final enquiries over the line and she stepped in and tied up the loose ends for us very quickly.
Thank you Rhia for being amazing and making this a pleasant experience in what is a very stressful time.
