Avoid at all costs!
Lack of communication, bullyboy sales tactics that make you feel pressured to go through them to get your mortgage and also tell on the phone your offers have been accepted if you can get down to them by a certain time( we had 2 hours notice to get all paperwork together and get to the office with a 2 week old and 1 year old, which we did but as we didn't choose to take our mortgage through them, they later said our offer hadn't actually been accepted)

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with the let of your property, but Connells Lettings department did not open until April 2014 so you must be mistaken as to which agent you were using. ...
