I'm a first time buyer and Paul was my agent. A major part of the process being so smooth is largely down to Paul. He gave me regular updates, was always on hand to answer my queries, and I have to commend him for how hard he's worked throughout this process. Especially ensuring the lawyers from both parties were progressing and keeping things moving.
