I'm really glad to have had Callum and Alexander (Peckham branch) working on our house move. Our flat was marketed competently and (in my view) priced and pitched more realistically than where other agents were aiming in a slow market. What I'd underestimated beforehand was how important it is to have solid support after we accepted/made offers and kicked off the conveyancing process. We got that from Pedder. Things got drawn out and stressful but, throughout, Callum in particular - and Alexander helping cover at the later stages - did a fantastic job of helping push the transaction forward. Highly communicative, professional and a pleasure to work with all round.
