Our first phone call to Starkey and Brown to arrange a valuation of our property was answered by Anita Savage. Anita immediately made us feel that we’d made the correct choice. Her excellent telephone manner and attention to customer focus shone through. She was friendly, welcoming , professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We selected Starkey and Brown because we’d heard that they were a family friendly business with great attention to detail. We were not disappointed. Since the valuation, undertaken by the wonderful Fraser, we have had a first class service. Everyone at Starkey and Brown have been outstanding. Special thanks should go to Anita, Fraser, Sophie and Ben for helping us through the process. We had a lot of viewings and the team always gave us feedback which was very reassuring for us. The marketing was spot on and led to lots and lots of interest. When we received the offer that we accepted Anita was excellent at negotiating on our behalf. She also went above and beyond our expectations during the conveyancing process, up to the exchange and completion of contracts. In short we would have no hesitation in recommending Starkey and Brown as a selling agent. They have been superb from start to finish and we cannot thank them enough. Thank you Starkey and Brown. We couldn’t have done it without you. We’ve also made lifelong friendships with the team during the process! The experience of selling a property is extremely stressful but with Starkey and Brown helping you through the process the experience was effortless and dare I say it almost enjoyable!
