Dwayne listen to our needs without hesitation, he took on board what we as the customer was asking for and looking for.when an a available property came up Dwayne put our needs in the forth front of his mind. his pleasurable manner clear communication and customer skills resume is of the highest standard he knows want the customer wants what their needs are and most importantly he listens, he makes you feel he is on your side and on the side of the seller making it work for the both of you a very balance work ethic as both customers are left feeling happy with their deal.
He goes out of his way to meet both parties needs and meet them. we have evidence of this as he showed us a property with us in mind and we did not even go back for a second viewing we put an offer in on the spot. we have always felt that we matter and have never felt that we do not. people like Dwayne do not walk into your life everyday and we are happy that he showed an interest in ours a man not to be forgotten but to be recommend to others and to be remembered that business deals can be met by the right person at the right time in the right way.
