Disappointed !
They will win you over before signing the contract but once you do, you are no longer a priority!
We have moved in 3 weeks ago, they didn’t hand us a post mail key which is a necessity! What’s the point of getting a permanent address if you can’t get a hold of your mail! A lot of things are pending because they just couldn’t care less about our situation. Moreover, we have been living without a fridge since we moved in although all appliances are included in the rent! We have informed them on the very first day we arrived, emailed and called every single person we have a contact with, filled every form and applied in every website they sent to us only to have nothing in return! Keeping in mind that we have visited their office twice with all the problems we are facing (am just mentioning two here) yet it was completely futile!
You would think that renting through an agency would bring you mind peace especially with relocating and all the stress that follows, yet you will find yourself more stressed, don’t have access to your mail and living without any food in the apartment! And the cherry on top is that the people who are supposed to help are giving you empty promises once a week. Well, maybe I have a better chance in them replying to my complaint here rather than emails, phone calls or even A PERSONAL VISIT TO THE OFFICE! Funny isn’t it ?

I apologise for the delayed response and also that you were dis-satisfied with our service.
