I would like to singularly point out the professionalism of Mohamed Fazal. His vision on the potential for prospective buyers (lacking from other estate agents) put Parkers ahead of the competition to secure my instruction to market the property.
He was also true to his word with weekly updates on marketing, viewings and progress reports as promised from the outset.

Mohamed, was also forthright in a constructive helpful way on advising me on the best way to present the property to prospective purchasers and managed to secure a sale which was some £10,000 higher than other estate agents were even going to market it for.

Nice touches such as popping round to my late fathers empty house to draw the curtains and turn on the central heating. Great for making prospective buyers viewing as welcoming as possible in the cold snap.
