Benjamins have done a fantastic job handling the sale of our house in Edwalton. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
During the initial market appraisal, Ben took the time to understand our position and explain what Benjamins could offer us. We were given a comprehensive overview of how the sale process would work, the type of buyer we would be looking for, and the strategy that Benjamins would use to market our home. This was a huge contrast to other local agents we’d spoken to, whose main concern appeared to be having their ‘for sale’ board outside our house and maintaining their presence in the area.
Our next visit was from Kayleigh, who photographed the property, prepared the sales particulars, and offered some excellent advice on staging our home for photographs and viewings. The property went live on Rightmove and both Kayleigh and Mora arranged the viewings around our (sometimes hectic) diary, to cause minimum inconvenience for us.
We were fortunate to receive multiple offers on our property and Kayleigh offered sound and well-considered advice on the best offer to accept.
We were then passed to the Sales Progression team. Penny, Imogen and Sharon kept us well informed throughout the process and regularly chased solicitors to ensure that everything kept moving. Special thanks to Penny who provided us with a local contact to provide a report requested by our solicitors at the last minute.
Throughout the process we have felt in safe hands. What could have been a very stressful time has been made so much easier thanks to the professionalism, expertise, and care of everyone at Benjamins.
