Worst Estage Agent I have ever had the displeasure of using. They don't care about the tenant at all. Took a week for the Manager to call me back. Moved into a house where the Carpets were so filthy and dirty that the whole family ended up with allergies. I was told carpets were habitable but I would never imagine carpets so dirty. On move in date, house had not been properly cleaned, sticky doors and bannister, Spiders everywhere, blocked drain and even no plug to have a bath. There was no proper hand over and we had to try figure everything out for ourselves. Had a night of no hot water due to oil level being too low even though we had Oil delivered on the 1st working day. Low Oli level caused an air bubble resulting in no hot water. No sensor for the Oil level and also no dipstick. Cables hanging out and holes in walls. Dishwasher not working.
Never would have believed it could be so bad but they acheived it all!
