Best Estate Agent in East of England 
The property was left in an unclean condition – the carpets needed a deep clean following an unauthorized dog being at the property. The garden was immaculate when the property was handed to you and now it is an overgrown jungle – this has caused the landlord significant costs and affected their chance of selling their house which they need to do for personal reasons.
There are always two sides to this type of review and we try to do our best to act in fair manner between a landlord and tenant at every check out.
