With over 45 years combined rental and letting experience unfortunately we have to say we have found Arden the worst agency we have rented with and glad I didn’t rent out my properties with them. We have found the staff assigned to us allusive at best and when we did manage to catch them they were more intent on ‘discussing’ how busy they were than resolving our issues! Despite assurances and 5+ emails since our first month some things were never actioned or even updated. On top of written requests, we were then given other repeated verbal assurances over the two years that came to nothing. We have found their staff and representatives have an unhealthy and unhelpful passive aggressive manner, as well as being insincere and even unsettling, and this has been commented upon by other Arden tenants. Ultimately, we did not feel that they put any effort into working for us (as our agent) from not replying to or actioning requested to even consistently spelling our names wrong!

Very poor service overall – and although I was a tenant would not be using as a landlord because I know they are also not fully transparent in either direction.

Overall a disappointing experience.
