Jess Lewis was my agent and I would like to mention some specifics that made Jess a really helpful and pleasant person to deal with:
- On facilitating the viewing she gave helpful ideas and knowledge about the property history and its potential re adjustments to where things were and how to best use the space.
- Jess was very responsive (on the same email trail) and this was incredibly helpful.
- Jess took accountability for helping the seller complete forms to expedite the process for me. She did not have to do this, and really his solicitor Lodders should have done, but she did this to help me. I am very very grateful.
- Jess is very personable and I loved dealing with her, reliable and accountable are words that spring to mind.
