Do not rent houses with/from AMRP , I made the worst decision when I decided to rent my house with them. he will invent defects just so he can get as much money as possible from you. they will lie to you and not send you the money, until you do like them

The call from this applicant was indeed handled by David and he believes he did
so in a perfectly polite and professional manner. The applicant was unwilling to
listen to his explanation of how our referencing process works, she had only
completed our online application form that morning and, as was stated, it is
company policy to arrange viewings of properties only when the referencing had
