Amazing service! We were really pleased with the professionalism, attentiveness and kindness demonstrated by our agent Parmida from day one all the way until the end. She went out of her way to help us during this extremely stressful process and made it so much easier every step of the way. Understanding our personal circumstances, trying to adapt to various challenges posed by solicitors and other players involved in the chain, helping us navigate through the process which was unfamiliar to us like many other families that haven’t moved often, were the highlights that made her service so unique, special and worthy of high praise.
