A real professional, she always took care of us and if there were problems with the documents, she always called and wrote, she said leave everything to me and in one week she fixed all the documents and we were able to move in, thank you Lacey.

Hi Miroslav, I apologise for the inconvenience and difficulties you are experiencing. Although I have spoken to yourself and your co-tenant regarding this issue I just wanted to clarify that this timescale is not unheard of in the deposit claim process. It can take up to 3 months for the deposit process to be completed and paid out. I had previously advised your co-tenant that the deposit had been requested on your behalf and we were awaiting a response in order to proceed further with reclaimin ...
