I was fortunate to be given a tenancy in tower block in Glasgow. Fortunately I was employed and spent some in decorating it to my, if not high standard. In total I was in flat for 21 years, unfortunately 5 years previous a new tenant entered above me.
This new tenant caused nothing but noise from her two children, make visitors at all time day and night. I was approached by two HO, housing officers about my problem, neither could or willing to solve problem.
I must also add, police called and attended to above tenant 22 times, to no avail.Resulting in me leaving and finding private accomodation.
So FUCK you GHA and your useless arsehole Housing Officers.
