In the last 2 years, my wife and I have rented and sold a property using Hobarts. On both fronts, the experience was horrible and stressful.
On the Rental side, across just two 6-month rental periods, the transfers of rent monies to us were a total of almost 2 months late. In that time, the excuses we were given for not transferring monies to us included new software systems, someone in accounts having a car crash, outsourcing of administration, software notes and a schedule of payments not being set up correctly and someone having family health issues. Alongside that, I experienced multiple instances of being promised call-backs that never transpired.
On the sales side, the sales manager Kaush is an absolute nightmare to deal with. His special “talent” seems to be his ability to provide long, waffling answers that are completely unrelated to the questions you’ve asked him. He’s like a snake oil salesman - if he doesn’t want to answer a question, he just talks about something else entirely, leaving you both flummoxed and frustrated. When he isn’t pulling his special move, he just ignores you.
I could write an essay on the things Hobarts have done badly or got completely wrong but as I’m writing this review I can feel my anxiety levels rising so I’ll summarise by simply saying I wouldn’t recommend Hobarts to my worst enemy.

Brilliant agent. Can't recommend more.
