The human(e) face of the business. We had a very poor experience with a previous letting agency. Incredibly stressful and completely out of control. We have a rental now via Taylor Engley and the difference is like a breath of fresh air - literally in some respects, but let's not go there. James and Harriet have been so kind, but also diligent, professional, l and efficient. We have regained an almost lost faith in basic human kindness and from this you can probably guess the degree of stress beforehand. Never thought I'd be saying how glad we've been to be treated with kindness, professionalism and respect. Thank you.
