Absolutely nothing is straight forward, done proerly or done at all. My Weymouth property was trashed by ** (the previous tenant). From the brown scum on the walls, to the removed door knobs, kitchen units, cooker hood cover,the carpets, broken white goods left in the property and garden...etc. They lived like pigs. Howsy never did the inspections that I paid for. When evicting the tenants, Howsy charged me more money-then offered them an extra month as they would not leave. Despite abusing my property and owing extra rent, Howsy only returned 3/4 of the deposit back to me; after informing me that there was more than enough evidence for me to recieive the full deposit back

Hi Simon, We are currently in the process of trying to get a property through howsy, (I am a tenant) and they are proving awful. The referencing service etc has been a sham, tenancy was meant to start today and the house is not ready apparently. I do have the landlords name, do you think it is worth us reaching out to him directly? to try and divert around this? Zeus International Ltd, is nothing to do with Howsy other than we stupidly tried to work with them for repair and compliance jobs. Oh you're very misinformed. Being a tenant in hell with howsy, I can't even behind to tell you how difficult it's been to even get something fixed or a contractor out. I even entered the property and didn't have a functioning toilet! No one knows what their are doing there. They are sound like the same robots! No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
