Of the estate agents that I've used over the years, up estates has been one of the best and they definitely have the best prices. The initial valuation was good for the market conditions at the time. They took good photos that showed off our property well and the marketing pack was very professional. There was an issue with the selling process where the lady that eventually bought the house had asked Up Estates to notify her of any appropriate properties coming to market and they didn't notify her about ours. She had spotted the property herself the day after it was marketed so there wasn't much of a delay though. Also, we re-marketed the property at a reduced price during the sale process (because of a deterioration in selling conditions) and our buyer wasn't notified of this despite me suggesting she should be. Once the sale had been agreed, Up Estates did their job very will and kept an eye on all parties.
