Pedder have been excellent from the beginning to end of the process and exceeded my expectations by doing the following:
1. Told me they could sell my property within a month, they actually achieved an offer at asking price on the property after a week of being on the market.
2. Conveyancing, there were lots of the usual issues to sort out along the way and Callum was proactive in solving them and always available to speak on the phone if needed.
3. We went from offer to completion in 14 weeks.
Pedder are a high quality local estate agent, Alexander and Callum are a winning team and take all the stress out of the process, I can't recommend them highly enough
