We put our home on the market through Haart Hornchurch branch. Although i wasn't particularly looking forward to it because of past experiences with other agents, this proved to be a good choice.
We dealt with Lewis Taylor and along with part of his team Bradley and Michael we were provided with an excellent service. The level of care and consideration taken when marketing the property was second to none and at all times the team were professional and straightforward and they took time to make sure we were happy with everything and answered any questions we put to them directly and honestly, whilst being very pro active and always keeping us informed of proceedings and making sure they gave us prompt feedback of the viewings that had taken place.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lewis and the team at Haart Hornchurch as they turned a could be stressful time into a great experience.
I wish Lewis, Bradley and Michael all the very best in their professional careers as they put 110% into their work.

Put plenty of effort into promoting and negotiating the sale, then stayed on top of the situation as the buyers and agents lower down the chain messed about delaying completion.. Helpful and professional throughout , also helped get correct meter readings for power bills on completion.....

Agents are driven by ego and not ability, agent didnt even turn up to the first viewing we'd booked then blamed everyone else for the incident and didnt even apologise!

What agent could do to change your mind?
My mind is made and Haart are a woeful outfit. Ive seen a few other properties that I like but if they are advertised by Haart then they are skipped over.Attached Filesnbsp;
