It I could rate this agency no stars, I would.
My daughter and her 2 friend rented a flat in Roath, 1 of whom moved out and her room was locked for the remaining 8 out of 12 month period.
Prior to handing the key back at the end of the letting term, 4 of us gave the flat a very deep clean, however, we have just received an email detailing the proposed charges!…
£50 to remove a dressing gown from the cupboard (from bedroom 1 which was locked, and we had no access to!)
£250.00 - full clean
£50.00 - remove tenants' items
£25.00 - steam clean to mattress in Bedroom 2
£TBC - replacement mattress in Bedroom 1 LHS
£20.00 - repair kitchen drawer
£100.00 - contribution towards damaged worktop in Kitchen
£100.00 - contribution towards ×2 cracked tiles in Kitchen
£10.00 - move desk from lounge B1 LHS

The flat was left as it was when the girls moved in, and the mattresses were that poor quality, we invested in good quality mattress toppers.

How do people challenge these? They shouldn’t get away with it, how many more students are they profiting from!
Shame on keylets. Appalling service , appalling company alltogether.

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
