We sold our flat within 3 days of it going on the market and it sold well in excess of the Home report valuation. Paul’s excellent photos showed our property at its best and no doubt contributed to it appealing to prospective buyers and its quick sale.
Chantal dealt with the legal side and she kept us up to date with the legal process. We cannot rate her highly enough. From start to finish they both provided an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending this team.
