As soon as Oyster and Sarju Sharh took over managing the property things started to go wrong.
builders turning up regularly to do work without notice and then when you question if they have the home owners permission they disappear and never reappear.
primary mains fuse for the entire house held together with tape.
hot water heating system kept losing pressure due to slow leak. Rather than investigate and stop the leak they do nothing. As a result the entire kitchen floor has to be replaced because of water damage.
Water leak from incorrectly maintained and installed shower above my room damages my room and my belongings. Not even a sorry. Just - well you should have paid for contents insurance...
Sarju emails the entire HMO (8 people) saying you only need 1 TV license. WRONG. I checked with TV licensing twice. If you are a manager for a HMO you should at least understand the basic laws around a HMO and if you are unsure check BEFORe emailing incorrect information and causing confusion.
For 8 people we only had 1 green bin and an even smaller black bin. Then enfield council changed to only collecting one bin each week so we naturally ran out of bin space all the time... Jarju takes photos of the overflowing bins and emails us saying he will change us extra to dispose of the waste rather than offer to help us to get more or bigger bins...
Sarju sends an email saying if anything is left in the shared areas it will be taken away and disposed of WITHOUT NOTICE.... I asked for clarifications and this included deliveries and parcels. So you have a parcel delivered and left in the hall by another tenant and Sarju things its ok to just waltz in without warning take it away and throw it away... that's my definition of theft,..
during covid when you could only visit another group with a face mask I come home from work, open the front door and there he is NO facemask, No PPE at all. Fortunately I still had my face mask on from the tube and unlock and walk into my room... he follows me in without even asking! So there I am in my bedroom on with a face mask whilst he touches my bed no gloves no face mask on. I complain to Oyster - since he BROKE the law. The feeble excuse from central Oyster was he left his PPe in the car! - I noted the apology was not from him or signed by him. I strongly suspect he refused to apologise for breaking the law.
bricks coming out of the walls... cement coming lose, window frame rotting... a broken window not repaired for 8 years...
4 changes of repair reporting system in 2 years - each time its a struggle to create an account on the new system...
I do a property inspection, email photos to the link provided and one month later I am told I am over due for a property inspection. I email Osyter the details of the inspection I did the month before... they say they will look into it... nothing...
month after that another email saying I am overdue for a property inspection. I email again saying I only ha done 2 months ago... they say looking into it... and this just keeps repeating
I could go on but I hope you get the idea.. and yes I have email documentation for all of these...
then they section 21 no fault evict me...
