An absolute * of an organisation. Moved in 2 years ago, they gave us one set of keys for 2 people then claimed we lost a set, on the way from their office to the front door. It took them 6 weeks to give us a key to the garage, STILL haven't given us a key to the garage's back door (we've now installed our own lock). The kicker though, is that we're currently on day 11 without a flushing toilet. It took 9 days between reporting the issue to them actually asking the landlord to approve the costs. When I complained, William Stave himself told me that it does technically flush because we can pour a bucket of water into it ourselves to make it happen. This was after he tried to pass all blame to literally anyone else: the landlord, the plumber, parts order. They've not once sent somebody to inspect the property, despite numerous letters being sent to tick the bbox saying they have. The only time they have been efficient in their communication was to inform us the rent is being increased. They are a *** joke and we have recommended our landlord drop them at the earliest opportunity.
