A1+ From beginning to end, They always kept in touch without hassling me while searching for a property, always returned calls & emails, were without doubt them most professional estate agent in Winsford (I know I was in contact with them all) The in-house mortgage was very efficient and made the whole process as painless as possible, If I were ever to sell my property I would not even consider using anyone else as I know they would put 110% into it selling it.
In short selling a house in Winsford?, Entwistle Green is the best choice in my opinion.

Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
