In short: Don’t rent with this company.
Will constantly attempt to convince you that any and all problems in the property are yours, and are slow and inconsistent with responses.
The flat I rented from them was full of mould, and when they were told about it, we were told to open windows and get dehumidifiers. We did this and the mould still got worse. The windows fogged up in the winter due to broken double glazing and it took almost two years to get it fixed. Just an awful company to rent from.
