I have been using Belvoir Prescot for my tenant find for three of my properties in L12 and L14 over the last couple of years and have had a first class service all the way.
Sam and Natalie took care of everything: they achieved a rent in excess of what I thought I was going to get and check in was seamless.
I would highly recommend Belvoir Prescot ... they are five star all the way

I rented a property from Belvoir in Prescot, on the day of signing my tenancy agreement, it was only then the "Boss" handed me the Inventory for the property and after I paid my deposit and first months rent, I went to the house and found a catalogue of propblems, which I reported to them, it turned out, I paid my rent to give access for repairs as the property was not fit for purpose, I was also told off by the "boss" for not giving acces for repairs in which I was sick of repeating that I had ...

I have been a tenant with west derby belvoir for over 2 years and the service has always been excellent. They always promptly respond to call outs for problems or repairs and are quick with the regular inspections they carry out....

What agent could do to change your mind?
More professional support to tenants as well as landlords. Give tenants details of who to contact in an emergency and ensure that there will be someone to help (sometimes emergencies happen at the weekend too).
