I live in a block managed by David Charles. They have no care for Health & Safety and other concerns for the residents. On top they hold PREJUDICE views. Unprofessional rude and gives false information. Never attends to issues promptly. MOST DISAPPOINTING IS THE PREJUDICE THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS.
