I recently helped my 90 year old parents with their move from Devon to Hampshire, which was very challenging due to problems at the other end of the chain, but Jen Murray at Dart & Partners was extremely helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble and she kept us updated throughout the long process. She was always quick to return our calls and asked her colleagues to help when she wasn't available, so we always felt we had somebody to speak with.
