I don’t know where to begin but here is a starter for ten:
1) didn’t check who actually legally owned a property before listing it. (I was the owner and I never even had a call)
2) repeatedly shut the office early on a Saturday
3) no viewings, no feedback, no stat reports.
4) clearly overpriced the property.
5) didn’t advise the estate agent managing the sale had left
6) lost the contract signed
7) didn’t return keys despite numerous requests
8) didn’t remove the listings despite being asked repeatedly.
4 months wasted by utter incompetence.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
