Modern Method of Auction was a new one on me, but for the probate sale of my late sister's 300 year-old cottage, the Estate Agent recommended it. The advantage to me as a seller was that I didn't pay any fees, which were all covered by the buyer's premium, but I did have to pay extra to get the local searches done earlier than normal to get them in the Auction Pack, but that was pretty well balanced out by no Agents fees! I've no way of knowing if we did better than the conventional Estate Agent route, but it was comforting to know that once the winning bid was placed, it was pretty well certain to go through, which it did, with a rapid completion, so overall I was happy with the experience, and achieved an acceptable price.

Thanks for your reply. But why using viewers names to make money. You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties. You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that. This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
