Generally there is a perception of Estate Agents which is often less than complementary. I can only speak of my personal experience with the sale of our property expertly managed by Paula & Debbie at Fine & Country Bishop's Stortford. Selling our home of 20+ years during a period of time when the Government turned the economy on its head and all but destroyed the financial markets was never going to be easy, and it wasn't, our buyers had to jump through hoops to secure their funding and there was all the usual issues with surveys, reports, and solicitors added to the stress. The professionalism of Paula and Debbie was exemplary, both with the sale of our property, and helping us with issues on the home we moved to. These experts in their field could not possibly be labeled with the title of a common or garden estate agent they are Home Transplant Consultants, and we are very grateful to have had them on our side.
