Had an issue with them about a bathroom that needed fixing. The agent I spoke with, her name was Kelly asked me what I wanted her to do; when I called for an update on repairs.
No sense of urgency or care that the house only has 1 shower that was unusable in the hot weather.
I found her response very rude as someone that works in a similar field; what she should have been doing was chasing all parties involved and providing updates in a timely manner. I shouldn't be the one to call them about a repair reported a week ago.
