Do not in anyway buy via this Estate Agent on a new build property; please it really is not worth it regardless of the condition of the property. They quickly get you to exchange to hold your money and then they pull the contract from under you. Their main goal is to get people to hold properties to take the funds. They value their holding deposit to the sum of a top property in central London which is totally dis-propionate which in itself should be a red flag. Their concern is to get sales for the developer they have no concern for your position or any regard for willingness to negotiate. If you go with this Company you could be suffering for many years to come as all they do is take your money.
