I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented my mother's house through the Property Bureau a number of years ago. They never checked the condition of the house. When the tenants left the place was disgusting and we had to pay out a fortune to renovate the house. I wouldn't recommend the Property Bureau to anyone.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be there for both tenants and landlord. Help the tenants more (when it comes to property maintenance) - they are the middleman between the tenant and landlord but they clearly failed.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Acknowledged problems, attempted to fix them, left the flat in a reasonable state (it was disgusting) and not expect it to be in a better state when keys handed back (although it was by far). Not be so blatant in cheating the tenant out of the deposit and by sticking to the terms of the lease agreement.
