Wonderful team it was an absolute pleasure working with them in our pursuit of a new home. Even short notice viewings were catered for with no fuss, team totally professional and friendly, not pushy which is rare. Once we found the property we wanted the team kept us fully informed through the whole process and have just been marvellous. Thanks S&B it’s been an absolute pleasure

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
