Brilliant agency! I’ve never rented out my property before and was really nervous. However as soon as I spoke to Gemma I felt at ease. She confident and professional. Her staff are amazing and did the viewings and kept me informed. When it came to the referencing I was happy with their choice of tenant. They manage the flat for me and they go above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I were you

James, your tenant passed referencing and so did his guarantors. I told you his situation and you accepted him. He moved in in April 2018, and vacated in September 2018. We stopped managing your property in September 2018, and we left on good terms. So whoever your new tenant is since, we have had nothing to do with you property.
