We engaged the Moreland team to sell our house on a sole agency basis. We found them to be professional, accommodating, hard working and friendly from the get go. They made the process very smooth for us and the seller, with clear communication throughout each stage. From initial marketing to exchange took only 8 weeks which we were delighted about. Thank you to the Moreland team and in particular Abbi who grafted really hard to get us as many viewings whilst accommodating our circumstances with 2 little children. We strongly recommend them as agents! Thanks again!
