This was my first time renting a flat so I was a bit nervous about the whole process, Nick from Northwood was amazing in getting us sorted with the flat, responding to emails extremely fast and just in general being very helpful explaining the process, a couple things needing fixed in the flat and they got someone out as soon as possible to do this. I'm currently in the process of leaving the flat and have had no issues, the correspondence has been great and overall my experience with Northwood has been extremely enjoyable so I would definitely recommend them. Credit to Nick who is a great agent.

I have rented out my properties through Northwood at Dundee now for over 2 years in fact I believe I may have been their 1st customer. Having used various letting agents in Dundee they are easily the best the problem is with Landlords some don't read the contracts nor do repairs as quick as they should which gives the Agent a bad name. I have never ever experienced any problems only professional and courteous advice and a great personal touch. Ron Campbell and his small team are a credit to this ...
