Beware nobody telling you, before viewing the property.

Not sure if this is ethical or even legal as there's no clear instruction for buyers as if you don't come to an agreement to purchase it with the auction, you as a buyer will be in the BLACK LIST for 12 months buying this particular property even if the seller takes it off the auction. This means you will still have to pay 4.2 percent addition to the purchasing price out of your pocket to allow the seller paying IAMSOLD ransom! And obviously you won't be advised of this before viewing.

Thanks for your reply.
But why using viewers names to make money.
You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties.
You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that.
This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
Agency have to inform the viewers about that black list.

The terms of the Sole Selling Rights are detailed in our Auction Agreement, and it is the Vendor's obligation to adhere to those. If they choose to sell their property via the Modern Method of Auction with us, they must agree to abide by the terms of the Auction Agreement, which they can examine before signing.

Breaching these contractual terms can render the seller liable for a fee, but it is not up to IAM-Sold whether the Seller passes this expense on to their Buyer. There is no blacklist, but simply a list of people that have viewed the property while it has been marketed under auction terms.
