All the staff at Park Row Goole were easily contacted, responded quickly and were very helpful, the house was advertised within a few days. They were knowledgeable and professional at all times and achieved a selling price well above our expectations. Nicola then contacted the solicitors in the chain every week and kept us up to date with the process. Can’t thank and recommend them enough

Many Estate Agents deliberately over value to win the property onto the market (as the agent can receive a ‘listing bonus.’
